A) The rates may be revised at any point of time as may be deemed fit by the www.needtruehelp.com. However for the payments of which already been received will be treated on the rate applicable on the transaction date at the website www.needtruehelp.com.

B) No Adult/ Wars/ Violence/ PG/ Pay per click website are allowed and no keywords & website traffic will be provided here. Also for Website Traffic please ensure that Url(s) may not contain any popup ads of any type, Url(s) may not play any sounds upon page load,  Url(s) may not contain adult content, Hate, Warez, Url(s) may not break out of frames, Url(s) may not use site rotation, redirection, or forwarding, - Url(s) may not load virus or force any downloads, Url(s) may not disrupt the traffic delivery process. If your website falls under these restricted criteria no money will be refunded and no further communication will be entertained in this regard. The decision of www.needtruehelp.com will be treated as final & binding. Therefore we request you to please follow these guidelines strictly. We are strict on these issues.

C) For website traffic we will after your Traffic Approval E-Mail you the Ad Server details so you can monitor the traffic on real time basis. Please see that if you have your visitor counter you can also monitor the same, but many time visitors counter not able to pick up the traffic due to nature of their service. Hence we will consider Our Ad Server Data (login details of which will be mailed to you after approval of your order) for all visitor tracking purpose(s). Be sure what you are purchasing. Once the order is placed by you on us, it is deemed considered that you fully understand this. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of your site. Failure to pay for any advertising fulfilled by us may lead to legal actions subject to courts of India. In case of Refunds for Website Traffic is within 7 Days of order ONLY 50% of the Order Value will be Refunded. We may choose to refund the money in your Credit Card/ PayPal or we may give you the credit voucher of same amount for your next purchase.

D) For Links to be placed on our website, the foremost requirement is that the site should belongs to you. No adult, wars, violence, hatred, adult, nudity, pop ups, frame breakers, rotational site, redirecting site, MLM site, site forcing download, site loading virus or virus affected site, affiliate site will be entertained here. If your website fails on any of these categories NO REFUND POLICY Apply.

E) For Keywords, if the refund is asked within 3 Days of payment, we will issue you a Discount Voucher after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only, so that for next Purchase you can use this for your future purchase at www.needtruehelp.com or refund your money back after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only. The choice to choose will be on www.needtruehelp.com. After 3 Days of payment we will be unable to refund the money as by that time we may have initiated providing the service to you and it will be not possible for us to refund you money because of the nature of service we offer. Please be careful in regarding this. Way to refund the money lies with www.needtruehelp.com.

F) For Linking, if the refund is asked within 3 Days of payment, we will issue you a Discount Voucher after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only, so that for next Purchase you can use this for your future purchase at www.needtruehelp.com or refund your money back after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only. The choice to choose will be on www.needtruehelp.com. After 3 days refund will be on pro-rate basis after deducting 50% of administrative charges. Example if refund is asked in 3 days - you will get $2.5 back. If refund is asked on 5th day - you will get = 5-2.5-((5/30)X5) = $1.67. No refund can/will be allowed after 15 Days of service. G) The keyword and trends as described is generated through the analysis of your website/blog and also using some major tools from third party, however, we cannot guarantee the same would work as the website traffic and revenue generation is based on many other factors also.

I) The use of keywords by the user/ third party lies with the user/ third party and we and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com take no responsibility of its working.

H) In case any objection is raised by any Authority or any third party on sourcing and validity of above keywords and its trends, the entire responsibility of civil as well as criminal proceedings, if any, will be on user and/or third party and user and/or third party will indemnify us and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com against any loss, damage or compensation suffered by it for providing keywords and its trends.

All Banners will be live after 3 Days of Payment.

A) All Banners will be published in the size range depending upon the space availability and as may be suitable by www.needtruehelp.com.

B) You can practically see your Banner on www.needtruehelp.com after 3 days of your payment. However please allow us 7 to 10 working days* for this.

C) Your Subscription package will start from the day your Banner will be published in our website. You will also receive the confirmation mail from help@needtruehelp.com regarding the status of your subscription. In case you had also provided us with your mobile number, you will also receive confirmation SMS from us regarding your payment and also when your advertisement will go live on www.needtruehelp.com

D) The rates may be revised at any point of time as may be deemed fit by the www.needtruehelp.com. However for the Banner advertisement payments of which already been received will be treated on the rate applicable on the transaction date at the website www.needtruehelp.com.

E) No Adult/ Wars/ Violence/ PG/ Pay per click website Banners will be published here. If your website falls under these criteria your money will not be refunded and no further communication will be entertained in this regard. The decision of www.needtruehelp.com will be treated as final & binding. Please be careful in this regards.

F) If the Main page Banner Area is full in the advertisement, we will put your Banner in the inner page. For the Balance payment (difference in price of First page & Inner Page Advertisement) we will issue you a Discount Voucher so that for future Purchase you can use this at www.needtruehelp.com or we will try to refund the difference to you. The choice to choose will be on www.needtruehelp.com. For refund or Discount voucher please allow us 7 to 10 Days. Way to refund the money lies with www.needtruehelp.com.

G) www.needtruehelp.com follow fair practices in all his transaction and deals and in case you want your Banner not to be advertised after you had made your payment, we will issue you a Discount Voucher after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only, so that for next Purchase you can use this for your future purchase at www.needtruehelp.com or refund your money back after deducting the process & administrative charge of 50% only. The choice to choose will be on www.needtruehelp.com. In case your advertisement has already been live at our website it would not be possible for us to refund the money. In case of refund please allow us 7 to 10 days. Way to refund the money lies with www.needtruehelp.com.

H) www.needtruehelp.com reserves the rights to publish or not to publish any banner without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of www.needtruehelp.com will be treated as final. However, in the case your banner advertisement is not published (if it did not fall in Point No E), because of Non Availability of Space, you will be entitled for the full refund of your paid amount. Please allow us 7 to 10 Days to refund your money.

I) In case you did not receive the money back within 10 Days*, please e-mail us at help@needtruehelp.com with the details and we will be happy to revert you back at our earliest and will refund your money. As a gift (Not be necessarily our obligation) If the transaction was delayed because of us, we will put your advertisement on our website www.needtruehelp.com for 10 Days at no cost to you on the first availability of space.

J) Save and except, liability of us and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com to provide the Banner advertising as above, we and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com accept no other liability whatsoever. 

DIRECTORY SUBMISSION

A) The rates may be revised at any point of time as may be deemed fit by the www.needtruehelp.com.

B) However for the payments of which already been received will be treated on the rate applicable on the transaction date at the website ww.needtruehelp.com.

C) No Adult/ Wars/ Violence/ PG/ Pay per click website are allowed. If your website falls under these restricted criteria no money will be refunded and no further communication will be entertained in this regard. The decision of www.needtruehelp.com will be treated as final & binding. Therefore we request you to please follow these guidelines strictly. We are strict on these issues.

D) We will wait for your Mail for the details about the website to start your work with. If we do not receive Mail in 3 days we will E-mail you for details. If we do not receive any response than with 10 Days of our E-Mail, If you had provided us with the Mobile Number we will call you to confirm about your order. After failing both these & waiting for total 15 Days if still we do not get any response. We will treat the Order Completed.

E) Please wait for the Number of Days as per your order before you get your Detail Report on Directory Submission works.

F) Directory sites that’s shows submitted are deemed to be considered that your site is in the listed category. Some sites take longer time Review Confirmation. We will provide you with the detail report again after a period of 1 Month after the initial submission of report.

H) If by the Period of 1 Months your listing as ordered is not fulfilled greater that +70% of what you order we will issue you a Discount Voucher on pro-rata basis so that for future Purchase you can use this at www.needtruehelp.com or we will try to refund the difference at pro-rata basis to you. The choice to choose will be on www.needtruehelp.com. For refund or Discount voucher please allow us 7 to 10 Days after the cooling period of 1 month. I) Save and except, liability of us and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com to provide the details and service, we and/or owner of www.needtruehelp.com accept no other liability whatsoever.    

 SSL Products

A) All the Logos & Name, Trademarks are Registered and Owned by their respective Owners. All trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us. We are using the image of SSL products/ other products for information purposes only.

B) The Customer agrees that certain products and services may have their own Terms & Conditions, subscriber agreements or similar and by purchasing, ordering or using the Customer agrees to those Terms & Conditions, subscriber agreements or similar.

 C) www.needtruehelp.com is just providing the reselling services of the SSL products. Please read the Terms & Conditions of the Certificate providers before purchaing the SSL products from us. Buying the products from us will be deemed that you had agreed to those Terms & Conditions.

D) Customer should have a Valid Contact Name & Address in order to receive the Certificates/ SSL Products. Customer should understand that what is SSL & its pre-requisitions are.

E) Rapid SSL/ Geotrust/VeriSign/Thawte or www.needtruehelp.com may contact for the Verfication of the Documents in respect to the Ownership of the domain name & leaglity of your name and address provided for the purchase of the SSL products & customer should provide those to us. Failure to provide the legality of the domain name, customer name and address may lead to the cancellation of the contract/ agreeement/ order for which the customer will be fully responsible.

F) Buying the SSL products from us, you agree that you had read the Terms & Conditions of the respective certificate Providers as we are just reselling the SSL products.

G) The Customer understands and agrees that any product or service is provided on an as-is basis and that www.needtruehelp.com or its owner assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any Customer communications or personalization settings.

H) No other certificates must be installed on the server at the time of installation of the certificates purchased by us. 

I) No refunds are available after 7 Days of Purchase of the SSL products. Any refund before 7 days must be E-Mailed to us with proper details/ order number/ domain address/ signed copy of the letter by the domain address owner & purchaser of the SSL product etc at support@needtruehelp.com. Any product subject to a refund request must not be in use, must be un-installed and/or must be deleted. www.needtruehelp.com may refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is in use, not un-installed and/or not deleted. In the event the Customer or any other entity uses, installs and/or undelete's any product or service that is/was subject to a refund request will be re-billed to the Customer and/or will become a debt owed and payable to

J) Refunds are not available for any order that has been replaced free of charge with the same or a substituted product, and/or has had a discount or credit applied via a discount coupon code or other method.

K) As a condition of the use of any product or service, the Customer will not use any service or product for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. The Customer may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product or service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to product or service

L) Customers should Maintain and promptly inform us/ the certificate provider to update any registration data, application data, signup form data or similar data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if www.needtruehelp.com/ certificate provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, www.needtruhelp.com/ certifiacte provider has the right to suspend or terminate the Customer account, product or service and refuse any and all current or future use of any account, product or service (or any portion thereof).

M) The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur using those credentials. Some products and services may allow the Customer to choose its own own credentials.

N) Any Customer in violation of system or network security is subject to criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account, product, service or similar termination. Examples include, but are not limited to the following : Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with any service, host or network including, without limitation, e-mail bombing, flooding deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP/IP packet header.

O) The Customer agrees that www.needtruehelp.com , in its sole discretion, may terminate the Customer password, account (or any part thereof) or use of any product or service if the Customer violates any of these terms, or the certificate provider Terms & Conditions or for any reason www.needtruehelp.com considers is reasonable.

P) www.needtruehelp.com does NOT allow or accept Customer's that provide any content, points of distribution, or 'links' to sites that :

        i) Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.

        ii) Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

        iii) Are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, unlawfully harassing, abusive, pornographic or obscene.

        iv) Contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.

       v) Contain pirated or hacking / phreaking software (warez).

      vi) Any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost. ROMs, ROM Emulators and Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3) all fall under this jurisdiction

Q) We will use all the commercially viable methods to inform you about the renewal of your prodcuts, however it is your prime responsibility to renew these products on time and we can not be held responible for the same.

R) www.needtruehelp.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, in the its sole discretion.

DISPUTE

All decisions of www.needtruehelp.com are final in this regard. However if you had any dispute please contact us at support@needtruehelp.com with Subject Dispute. Please brief about your dispute. The owner will try to solve all your problems within 15 days of your dispute to the extent possible under the Governing Laws of India. The final decision of www.needtruehelp.com will be treated as final. Time Limit to file for dispute is within 45 days of your payment date. We will not accept or entertain any dispute after 45 days. www.needtruehelp.com will maintain all the records of dispute with the customer for 60 days after filling of dispute and after which we are on will to destroy the documents for which www.needtruehelp.com will have all the rights to do so.
